“Not guilty” does not mean “Innocent”

Everyone talks about Casey Anthony case. Everyone believes that she is guilty. Everyone was surprised when the “Not guilty” was read out in front of the spotlight. Some said OJ Jury had moved to Florida.

I think that this was an appropriate verdict. The jury was right because it was impossible to find Anthony guilty based on the presented evidence. It was surprising to see all the jurors come to the same conclusion. However, “Not guilty” does not mean “Innocent.” All the jurors asserted was that there was not enough evidence to compel a conviction. There was no evidence for the jury to know the details surrounding this heinous crime. One thing is for sure: Whoever committed the crime got away with it.

  1. You are innocent until you are proven guilty. All the defense need to do is punch holes in the prosecution presentation. While circumstantial evidence can be used to convict someone, it only works when the defense cannot show resonable doubt. The prosecution did not cover the who, what, when, where, how, and why..
